Fees & Bookings

The fees for this course are $2,750.00 (note that GST is not applicable on Nationally Recognised Training).
Fees are to be paid in two instalments, the first being $1000 at the time of booking to secure your spot.
The second instalment of $1,750 is to be paid prior to the commencement of the intensive training week. Failure to make this second payment could result in the participant not being able to progress with the course.
Fees can be paid by cash, credit card, EFTPOS, EFT or by cheque. (Note cheques will need to clear before the course can commence.)
As a participant will be issued with all required learning material for the course, we do not provide a refund should the participant not wish to continue. In this situation we will release the participant from this obligation to pay the remainder of the course fees.
Should a participant wish to delay their commencement of the course, we can accommodate this at no penalty if provided with two or more weeks’ notice. If less than one weeks’ notice is provide we will charge a $250 administration fee.
Once a participant has commenced a course and made payment in full, we guarantee to complete the course including marking of their assessment, or we will refund the payment in full.
In cases of extreme hardship application in writing can be made to the CEO to vary these terms.
All Participants should note that lost statements of attainment can be replaced, the fee for this is $55 and will require the participant to advise of their name and other suitable personal details to allow us to confirm their identity.
